Astropods is a platform for deploying and running AI agents. Agents are defined as blueprints (versioned packages in the registry), deployed as live agents you can chat with through a web UI, Slack, or API. In this module you'll use a blueprint someone else published — you'll build your own in a later module.

Create Your Astropods Account
Astropods has its own account system. You'll need to sign up before you can deploy agents.
- Go to astropods.com and click Get started (or Log in if you already have an account).
- Complete the sign-up flow with your email or SSO provider.
- Confirm you land on the Astropods dashboard after signing in.

Orient Yourself in the Dashboard
Before deploying anything, take a moment to understand where things live in Astropods.
- From the Astropods dashboard, note the main navigation areas:
- Explore — browse public blueprints published by the community
- Agents — your deployed, running agents
- Blueprints — blueprints in your account (you won't use this yet)
- Click Explore in the navigation to open the public blueprint catalog.
- Skim a few blueprint cards to see what's available — you'll pick one in the next part.
